Our Process
Book an Appointment
Step 1:
Once you have made the decision to work with us, an appointment is created to review the paperwork over the phone or in person. All documents are required to be signed in order to file a claim for the funds on your behalf. You will be scheduled to meet with a notary, either in your home or another location, to have all signatures verified and recorded.

Step 2:
Once all paperwork and signatures have been verified and recorded, our firm will submit the claims to the various government agencies to verify the validity of the unclaimed funds. Depending on the government agencies, it may take up to 3-4 months for a response. Once a response is received from the agency and all required paperwork is filed and approved, we wait for YOUR PAYDAY!
Funding
Step 3:
After we receive an approval from all agencies and the estimated time to receive a check, we will contact you with the information and remit a check. The remittance will occur 30 days from the date the check arrives in our office and based on the agreed terms of our contract.
