There are NEVER ANY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES TO YOU because our firm works on a contingent basis, which means that we are paid only upon successful collection of your claim. Our firm covers ALL expenses related to your claim until it is paid and if the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.

 After receiving our Claims Recovery documents, we will send a local notary to sign and collect them from you.  Claims are generally processed in 3-4 months, depending on the complexity of the case and the government agencies.  Your share of the claim is typically 60% of the funds collected and are remitted within 30 days of receipt in our office.
